Credit Management Specialist (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS
- Taking on a leadership role with responsibility for targets based on KPI´s
- Creation and monitoring of group wide KPI´s (DSO,...)
- Guarantee compliance with corporate financial policies and local regulations
- Analyze credit limit requests and decide and/or propose which credit lines can be granted to our customers, making use of financial analysis and risk management tools (credit insurance, letters of credit, bank guarantees, etc.)
- Pro-actively identify upcoming special credit requirements and look for credit risk management solutions, also in cooperation with credit insurers and brokers
- Management of multiple credit insurance contracts: claims submission, declarations, identifications and information sharing
- Evaluate bad debt risk of overdue accounts receivable, asses the necessity of bad debt provisions postings and write-offs, and provide necessary intelligence to management to make decisions on this topic
- Monitoring & supporting the credit management development of subsidiaries, regular analysis & follow-up of monthly, quarterly & annual results of subsidiaries of AHT group
- Internal coordinator between F&A and Sales Team and responsible for regular coordination meetings with KAM in HQ and affiliates
- Contact person for inquiries from parent company
- Support of bi-annual budgeting process and mid-term planning activities with a focus on supporting & checking the sales budget, planning of overhead cost (SGA + R&D), HC + CAPEX together with local subsidiaries
YOUR PROFILE
- Higher education degree (Master´s level) preferably in an economic/financial area
- Proven knowledge of the most important concepts and tools such as overdue, credit insurance, letter of credit…, preferably supported by a first work experience
- Knowledge of SAP, FI/CO
- Proven knowledge of IFRS accounting standard related to credit control
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to summarize and report complex cases
- You are a Out-of-the-box thinker, always looking for improvement and you are able to troubleshoot
- Strong sense of self responsibility
- Team player with an excellent knowledge of English and strong communication skills

For this position we pay an annual minimum gross salary of at least 50.000€. Your actual salary will be agreed on throughout the recruitment process.
Location: Rottenmann or Vienna & Homeoffice possible
