YOUR TASKS
 

• Support of our customers in the processing of orders and planning of markets
• Control of the plans for the correct positioning of the devices in the market
• Technical and economic project management (organization of disassembly, assembly, commissioning of the refrigerated shelves and consultation with the installation partner)
• Correction and entry of purchase orders in the SAP system
• Clarifications and agreement with sales and production for compliance with delivery dates
• Clarifications with our purchasing departement for the procurement, production and delivery times of the required materials
• Inspection and organization of transports for punctual delivery to the customer
• Creation of documents for delivery, chargebacks and warehouse transfer
• Obtaining and checking all necessary documents from the partner for the settlement of the markets
• Invoice performance check and approval of invoices for correct invoicing

YOUR PROFILE
 

• Successful completion of an education in electrical engineering and/or refrigeration technology and relevant professional experience
• Planning competence
• Relevant professional experience in the field of project planning and execution
• MS-Office, particularly good knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of the German language and English is a must
• Accurate, precise and systematic way of working, while maintaining an overview
• Ability to work in a team, communication skills and intercultural understanding

For this position we pay an annual gross salary of at least € 52.500,-. We will agree your actual salary in a personal interview.
