Research & Development Engineer

YOUR TASKS

• Development of commercial refrigeration products
• Lead new product development projects with focus on refrigeration technology together with senior engineers
• Analyze the measurement results in our test rooms with laboratory engineers
• Cross-departmental coordination within the company to launch new products and to solve issues in the production/field/suppliers
• Technical contact for external suppliers, responsible for alignment, coordination, and - coordination in product development
• Research and Development of new technologies
• Possible management of employees

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed higher education (university, academy, technical university, college, university of applied sciences, HTL) in the field of engineering or science
• Several years of experience (at least three years) in the field of air conditioner/heat pump/refrigeration product development
• Knowledge in thermodynamics of air conditioner/heat pump/refrigeration products
• English fluently in word and writing
• German fluently in word and writing
• Ability and willingness to work in a solution- and goal-oriented manner
• Ability to work in a team and to communicate
• Willingness to collect facts and data at the actual site of the work or problem
• Willingness for permanent training and continuous improvement

For this position we pay an annual minimum salary of at least 60.000 €. Your actual renumeration will be agreed on throughout the recruitment process.
