Service Coordinator (f/m/d) for Belgium

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform and oversee installation, commissioning, maintenance and repairs of refrigeration systems (CO₂ & semi plug-in).
• Act as on-site supervisor, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring quality and timelines.
• Manage site activities, including material coordination and documentation.
• Provide technical support (on-site and remote), including analysis, reporting and documentation.
• Perform inspections and final acceptance of projects.
• Ensure smooth handover to customers and service teams.
• Train partners and technicians and support new product rollouts.
• Ensure all documentation, approvals and reports are completed correctly.

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a qualification as a refrigeration technician / HVAC technician / electrical technician (or similar).
• You have experience in installation and service of commercial refrigeration systems.
• Experience in site coordination or supervision is a strong advantage.
• You speak English fluently and have a very good command of Dutch and/or French.
• You hold a valid driving licence (B).
• You work independently, structured and solution-oriented.
• You have strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• You are willing to travel and work on-call / overtime when needed.
