Internal Control Expert / IKS Specialist

YOUR TASKS

• You develop, implement, and operate AHT’s internal control system (ICS), both locally and internationally
• You analyze existing processes, conduct gap analyses, and design ICS-compliant processes based on the COSO framework
• You monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve existing control processes and ensure their transparent communication
• You actively contribute your experience with SAP (S/4HANA) and audits
• You support the headquarters in Rottenmann as well as our international subsidiaries in applying and further developing the ICS
• You act as the primary contact for ICS and JSOX topics for specialist departments, at Daikin, and for the international subsidiaries
• You promote proactive, risk-aware behavior within the company and conduct training and workshops in the field of ICS

YOUR PROFILE

• Successfully completed degree in business administration or law (university / university of applied sciences)
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in an international corporate environment or a consulting firm
• Sound knowledge of internal audit, risk management, or consulting in ICS / corporate risk management
• Proactive approach to complex issues and a high degree of independence
• Strong analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working; process-oriented thinking and acting
• Experience with SAP (ideally S/4HANA) as well as audits
• Very good English skills and a good level of German are required
• Willingness to spend up to 20% of working time (on a monthly basis) in Rottenmann or, as needed, at international locations

For this position, we offer a minimum gross annual salary of €75,000. Your actual salary will be agreed upon in a personal discussion.
