Daikin CEE - Transport Refrigeration operates in Austria, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Czech, Slovakia, Slovenia, Moldavia, Serbia, Croatia, Kosovo, Bosnia Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania and overseas sales, service, business development and strategy development for road transport refrigeration units manufactured by Zanotti SpA, a subsidiary of Daikin.

TECHNICAL SERVICE RESPONSIBLE – TRANSPORT REFRIGERATION

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in transport refrigeration business 

  • higher technical education

  • experience in international working environment 

  • team leader skills 

  • experience in managing a network of partners/services

  • analytical thinking 

  • operational excellence mind set 

  • target orientated 

  • strong communication skills 

  • trainer ambitions 

  • deep knowledge of the transport refrigeration business

  • willingness to frequent business trips

  • communicative knowledge of English and Polish

 

Your function:

You will report to Business Development Manager Transport Refrigeration Daikin CEE, will be based in Poland and your responsibilities will be as follow:

  • management and development of the service network by establishing appropriate contracts, tools and processes

  • responsibility for the implementation of the company's strategic goals in the area of Service

  • technical Support  to service partners and development of Service Network.

  • ensuring efficient customer service. Cooperation with the Spare Parts Department, monitoring parts stock availability, parts prices to provide competitive service in the market

  • organization and promotion of technical product trainings for service partners and customers.

  • work closely & effectively with internal teams to ensure continuous improvement of our processes, products and services.

  • assessment of warranty claims and support to the central quality department by providing expert advice on product performance in the field and root cause analysis issues

Work schedule for this position:

Poland (DAPO)  40 % of working time

Daikin CEE – Central and Eastern Europe (DACE) 60 % of working time - travel required
