Corporate and Legal Affairs - Daikin DAPT (EN)

This team coordinates the preparation and execution of Daikin Portugal's budget in close coordination with internal departments and our parent company.
The department is responsible for implementing the group's strategy in the annual budgets to aid the achievement of the proposed goals. Additionally, this department is also responsible for managing sales, margin and price data, as well as collecting and reporting market information.

Our mission is to manage the company's profitability and sustainability, reporting regularly to top management, monitoring closely, and proposing countermeasures.
