We are currently strengthening our team in Portugal and are looking for a Field Service Technician to integrate the DX area.

If you like technical challenges, field work and direct contact with customers, this opportunity is for you.

Your role

As a Field Service Technician, you will play an essential role in technical support to our partners, ensuring the correct functioning of our equipment.

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Perform system commissioning (validation, configuration and testing)
•  Diagnosing and repairing faults
• Provide technical assistance in the field to installer customers
• Ensure expert in-house technical support

Sistem: Split, VRV, UTA e Rooftop

What we are looking for

• Minimum experience of 3 years in installation/maintenance of DX equipment
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or technical course in the area of HVAC
• F-Gas Certification
• Autonomous, responsible profile with good communication skills
• Availability to travel nationally
• Knowledge of English (min. B1)
