Internal Service Sales Assistant Trainee

🎯 Your Role

You will contribute to the activities of the After-Sales and Service Business department, supporting operational coordination, customer management and technical teams.

In your day-to-day work, you will:

• Support the planning and scheduling of technical interventions;
• Follow up on customers, service contracts and service requests;
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of commercial proposals;
• Coordinate materials, orders and logistical requirements;
• Maintain management systems and operational performance indicators;
• Collaborate with technical teams, suppliers and support functions;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and customer experience.

🔎 What We Are Looking For

• Completion of secondary education (12th Grade), with technical, vocational or higher education qualifications in Engineering or a related field considered an advantage;
• Interest in Service Business, Operations, After-Sales Services or Customer Management;
• Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills;
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team;
• Proactive attitude, sense of responsibility and willingness to learn;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

➕ Will Be Valued

• Experience or training in planning, logistics, operations or customer support;
• Exposure to technical assistance, maintenance or after-sales activities;
• Knowledge of the HVAC industry or technical services environment;
• Knowledge of English.
