🎯 Your Role

You will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of after-sales customers, identifying business opportunities and contributing to the sustainable growth of the Service Business area.

In your day-to-day work, you will:

• Manage and develop a portfolio of after sales customers, understanding their needs and identifying growth opportunities.
• Analyse market trends and business potential to define effective commercial strategies.
• Monitor commercial performance and implement actions that contribute to achieving established objectives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Prepare commercial proposals, support negotiations and ensure successful deal closure.
• Define short-, medium- and long-term strategies, maximising existing services and contributing to the expansion of the service portfolio.
• Work closely with different teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

🔎 What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience in commercial roles related to after-sales services.
• Knowledge of, or experience with, Hydronic Systems (HVAC) will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with customers.
• Strong results-oriented mindset and business development focus.
• Ability to analyse situations and define effective commercial strategies.
• High level of responsibility, autonomy and organisational skills.
• Team-oriented mindset and collaborative approach.
