Estágio: Technical Support Administrative Assistant (M/F)
Location: Paço d' Arcos, Oeiras
Sector: HVAC
Reporting directly to the HelpDesk department supervisor, the trainee's main tasks will be:
- Prepare spare parts quotations
- Process warranty procedures
- Manage access to Daikin platforms
- Administrative support to the internal technicians and engineers.
Who are we looking for?
- Candidate with a complete high school level (12º ano)
- Basic technical knowledge of mechanics/electromechanics and/or HVAC will be a plus
- Knowledge of English (minimum B1);
- High level of autonomy to carry out tasks, ensuring strict follow-up of their activities.
