🎯Your role


As a Customer Experience Trainee, you will contribute to initiatives for the continuous improvement of the customer journey, supporting projects that promote satisfaction, retention and loyalty.

 

In your day-to-day life, you will:


•    Support the implementation of Customer Experience initiatives and projects
•    Contribute to the development of a customer-centric culture
•    Monitor experience indicators, such as NPS, CSAT and CES
•    Analyse feedback from customers and partners, identifying opportunities for improvement
•    Support the monitoring of Customer Support Centre's performance and service levels
•    Collaborate in the management and follow-up of complaints and escalated requests, ensuring effective and timely resolution
•    Update complaint reports, analysing causes, response times, and other relevant indicators
•    Support customer communication initiatives
•    Work together with After-Sales, Logistics, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure the best possible customer experience

 

🔎 What we are looking for

 

•    Recent graduate in Management, Marketing or similar areas
•    Strong customer orientation
•    Interest in data analysis and experience metrics
•    Proactive attitude and focus on problem solving
•    Good oral and written communication skills
•    Analytical thinking and attention to detail
•    Good knowledge of Portuguese and English
•    Mastery of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
•    Familiarity with digital tools (knowledge of Qualtrics will be valued)
