Service Solution Engineer (M/F):

What is expected in the role:

Reporting to the supervisor of the area, the selected person will be responsible for the business development of the company's portfolio of solutions, through the identification and technical-commercial monitoring of Daikin customers and potential customers.

The selected professional will take care of our turnkey installation services on a daily basis, as well as other solutions from our service portfolio, will accompany our customers and services provided not only by email and telephone, but also on site.

 Our ideal candidate:

This role requires a high level of technical know-how, combined with a strong commercial orientation and business aptitude. Thus, for our candidate, we value the following requirements:

•            Academic Training in Mechanical Engineering;

•            Previous experience in HVAC construction management;

•            Knowledge of after-sales solutions in the HVAC market;

•            Strong customer orientation, autonomy and good communication skills;

•            Availability to travel within national territory;

•            Good knowledge of English (minimum B1) and Computer Science from the user's perspective.

•            Experience in energy auditing of buildings and/or industry will be valued
