Daikin Europe Business Support (DEBS) is a branch of DENV located in Warsaw. As a competency center we aim at being one of the driving forces behind the processes transformation: optimization, standardization and automation in the areas of supply, service, master data, controlling, financial reporting and HR.



Your Responsibilities:

  • Sales Orders creation in SAP from customers (based on email) 
  • Handing emailed quotations (based on information found in spare parts bank; wiring/technical diagrams)  
  • Handling the calls from customers and creating quotations or sales orders based on the calls  
  • Part availability maintaining (initiate the action to improve the availability with FQS team) 
  • POD processing (Provide when requested by customers a POD ( Proof of Delivery) from various portals such as DPD and DHL websites) 
  • E-parts Order Management (Order maintenance of online orders, checking availability,  adjusting plant locations to enable quicker delivery times, updating the text in the Order acknowledgment to resend to the customer)
  • Dispute management (raising credit notes based on customer request) 
  • Outstanding order maintenance (Check on past due sales orders and initiate possible actions: plant change depending on availability, STO or availability improvement request to FQS team, check the payment status with customer, check if all data in order are correct eg. Same plant if complete delivery was set) 




  • Bachelor degree or at least 2 years of professional experience (as an equivalent) 
  • SAP skills is a plus
  • Conversational English skills- verbal & written min. B2
  • Excel basic (advanced Excel knowledge is a plus)
  • practical experience in a similar position is a plus
  • Clear, professional communication skills & effective listening
  • Technical proficiency and understanding in Product
