Warranty & Commissioning SUPPORT ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST

DAIKIN AIR CONDITIONING ITALY  Spa ricerca per la sede di Roma un/a Warranty & Commissioning Support Administration Specialist da inserire all’interno del Sales Support Department.

Ruolo e responsabilità:
La risorsa, inserita all’interno del team Service Sales Support, si occuperà della:
•    Gestione operativa dell’intera filiera di After Sales
•    Gestione anagrafiche clienti e fornitori
•    Gestione ammnistrativa delle attività di General Repair svolte sul campo dal Centro Assistenza e per le parti di ricambio necessarie
•    Attivazione processo di fatturazione degli interventi sia per il ciclo passivo (Centri assistenza e Fornitori) che per quello attivo (clienti)
•    Emissione note credito o debito relative ad interventi di General Repair

Si richiedono:
•    Precedente esperienza di almeno 2 anni in ruolo analogo
•    Preferibile conoscenza di SAP e piattaforma SalesForce
•    Problem solving, affidabilità, gestione intraprendente, spirito collaborativo e flessibilità
•    Resistenza allo stress e pianificazione per priorità
•    Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
•    Orario di lavoro full time (40 ore settimanali)
•    Conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel
