The responsibilities of the Field Service Coordinator among others will include:

  • Effectively coordinate all field service activity (on site jobs, commissioning, repairs, preventive maintenance) and plan the daily/weekly schedule of the Field Service team in the most efficient way.
  • Liaise with technicians' team leader and/or service technicians to check on the progress of planned assignments and executions, resolve potential issues as well as ensure compliance with safety rules.
  • Manage customer service requests in a timely & efficient manner in order to secure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform all necessary actions to secure availability of all spare parts and/or other consumables, required for each job intervention (e.g. control stock/refill refrigerants, manage stock/create refill-orders and delivery notes).
  • Evaluate processes, procedures, customer needs, competences of technicians on a continual base in order to propose and implement improvements, aiming at increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Service Champions in order to organise technical trainings to ensure high technical expertise within the Field Service team.
  • Prepare accurate scheduled and ad hoc reports for upper management.
  • Ad hoc duties within the Service function, as and when required.

                                                                             

 

Requirements

 

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Academic Degree (BA, BSc) in any field is required.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.
  • Background in either multinationals or in a structured corporate environment will be preferred.
  • Computer literacy with Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Good working knowledge of the English language.
  • SAP and CRM experience will be a plus.

  • Experienced in organizing multiple diaries, balancing individual priorities and able to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written; able to clearly explain processes and procedures to internal and external customers.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form professional relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority.
  • A problem solver, able to use their own initiative and hold themselves to a high standard of quality and quantity of work.
  • Proactive thinking but also willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
  • Ambassador across the organization for best practices in Service in general.
