The responsibilities of the Projects Coordinator among others will include:

• Coordinate the on-site execution of rental, controls & turnkey projects within a specific timeframe and with respect to all local legislation and company's health and safety guidelines.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. subcontractors, SPP vendors) to align project timelines and approaches and secure agreed gross margin level.
• Elaborate the content of the project solution offered, including the installation/ commissioning and the delivery times, finding the ideal balance between customer requirement and company capabilities.
• Handle the creation of quotations and contracts within our CRM systems (DSM - SAP). 
• Document and maintain all essential aspects of projects, including scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, and quality benchmarks.
• Actively seek and identify new opportunities within existing and/or new suppliers/ vendors  that could increase gross margin by reducing our costs.
• Focus on personal qualitative and quantitative targets, in respect with the company's sales and gross margin targets.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• ΒSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office is required.
• Good working knowledge of the English language is required.
• AutoCAD and MS Project knowledge will be a plus.
