Our Recruitment process step by step

Step 1

Phone call with our HR (or agency). This is a typical “screening”: we will check if your profile suits a job description, ask you about your motivation and your key needs and expectations. Of course, you are encouraged to screen us too, to check if your offer is something you are looking for. 

Step 2

Interview with your potential manager and HR. The interview takes 60 min. We would like to know you better and discuss the details and opportunities regarding the function. For some positions, we will also test your Excel skills. You will be asked to perform some exercises in Excel. The test as such normally takes up to an hour. 

Step 3

Tests for managerial and technical roles. Sounds scary, but it’s a matter of preparation and positive attitude. The test can be done online or scheduled by the local HR.  

Step 4

The final interview with the Recruiting Manager and Managing Director. The interview is done online via Teams or in person, in English. 

Step 5

So – you are THE ONE! The offer will be made by HR via phone and confirmed via email. If you say “yes” we will proceed your onboarding. Welcome at Daikin!
