IT System Engineer - SAP Sales & Service Cloud

We look for and experienced IT System Engineer (3-5 year) specialized in SAP Sales and Service Cloud to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales and service processes, as well as experience in implementing and configuring SAP solutions in business environments. This role is crucial to ensure the accomplishment of our digital transformation roadmap.

We also consider SAP CRM or ERP background profiles that want to shift and learn SAP Sales and Service Cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and customize SAP Sales and Service Cloud solutions to meet specific client requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and external IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to SAP Sales and Service Cloud.
• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Train end-users and technical staff on the use and best practices of SAP Sales and Service Cloud.
• Perform system performance analysis and suggest improvements to optimize operations.
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates of SAP Sales and Service Cloud.
• Document configurations, processes, and procedures related to SAP Sales and Service Cloud.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the implementation and support of SAP Sales and Service Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of sales and service processes and how they integrate with SAP solutions.
• Experience in configuring key objects in SAP Sales and Service Cloud such as accounts, contacts and service activities ( Interaction Center) .
• Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and end-users.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.

Desired Skills:

• ERP Backend knowledge ( S4 ) .
• Experience with other SAP solutions and their integration with SAP Sales and Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management.
