Marketing - Daikin in Belgium (EN)

Within the EMEA headquarter, the marketing department is responsible for the full marketing customer journey both from B2B as B2C perspective. This includes creating awareness around our products and services, generating leads, selling online, managing customer and product data, creating brand experiences, managing our Daikin brand and many other marketing-related responsibilities. We work in close cooperation with our affiliated companies throughout the EMEA region and other stakeholders within the company. 

As a key driver of the digital transformation in our company, Marketing is part of the Sales Transformation Division in Daikin Europe. Through a variety of digital platforms and customer journey initiatives we manage our marketing processes and support the transformation of our business from offline to online and from B2B tot B2C.

During the past years the department has developed a mature B2B Ecommerce platform and recently it also took important steps within the direct to consumer sales approach with the setup of a B2C Ecommerce platform. 
A new B2C focused website is currently under development and a very efficient lead generation funnel has been set up for several European countries. 

(New) customer systems and process improvements are always driven by the voice of the customer (captured via NPS surveys) and are covering the full journey for the different segments of customers. 

Next to new platforms and processes marketing also offers a wide variety of B2B and B2C brand experiences : events, seminars, factory visits, virtual showrooms towards all our customers (consultants, architects, installers and end-users…). Last but not least, a well-designed central visual identity and increased focus on Brand management is safeguarding the Daikin brand positioning and image.
