Quality

Reliability is one of the core values of Daikin Europe. To ensure reliable product quality follow up is key. Two departments in Daikin Europe Headquarter have quality as core activity.

The Quality Control department is responsible for the elaboration, implementation and follow-up of our Total Quality Management program towards our own production & our core suppliers. As such they focus on quality during the assembly of our products in DENV. 

The Quality Assurance department is responsible for supporting and advising our EMEA network of affiliates and distributors concerning Product Quality Management. As such this department is involved in solving & preventing product claims after the products were sold & installed at the customer site. They work in close co-operation with customers, development and production bases to assure our products keep the high Daikin Quality Standard.
