Daikin Europe Headquarter Sales Division’s main mission is to fundamentally strengthen the sales of Daikin products & services through its commercial networks (B2B & B2C). The different sales departments such as Residential and Commercial Direct Expansion Systems, Ventilation, Heating, Refrigeration, Applied, International key accounts, Distributor Sales, Service business, assist the local sales companies & independent Daikin distributors in the set-up of their sales and product strategy. They ensure the business develops in line with the Group targets and support the analysis of market evolutions. The International key accounts team also engages directly with B2B end users to create partnerships on EMEA level with the purpose of offering peace of mind for their HVACR needs and supporting them with decarbonisation.

The overall objective is to remain No. 1 in direct expansion (“DX”) applications in Europe and to secure our market leadership in all other key markets while pioneering the market for more environmental-friendly solutions. 

Another aim is to give added value to our EMEA sales organization by proposing differentiating services & tools, sharing best practices and showing leadership in Heating, Ventilation, Air conditioning and Refrigeration application knowledge.  This with the same goal of being well-equipped to realize our mid-long term targets as Daikin Europe.
