Strategic Marketing Manager

 

Department 

The Daikin Europe NV (DENV) Commercial Refrigeration Department, oversees the strategy, business development, marketing and product support for Refrigeration Products and Refrigeration Solutions. We support our Affiliates and distributors to Market our products globally, and support them to reach Market leadership for Refrigeration Products and Refrigeration Solutions.   

 

Job Content 

  • Identify and drive business growth initiatives in key market verticals
  • Contribute to product development process with upfront market analysis
  • Provide directions to define new product development roadmaps
  • Build up business cases for integrated solutions in multi-dimension organizations
  • Define and execute marketing-communication plans
  • Manage a team of local and remote collaborators in product management, and marketing-communication.

 

Experience, education & technical skills 

  • Proven experience in Product Marketing in a BtoB environment
  • Industry knowledge is highly recommended (HVAC&R)
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Master’s Degree in Engineering, with a solid interest in industrial products
  • MBA or Marketing Degree appreciated

Position: 

Being part of the management team of the Commercial Refrigeration department (Refrigeration SBU), you will play a key role in identifying and rolling out business development initiatives. It covers both product portfolio development/maintenance, as well as the development of new business models, Solution oriented. Based in Brussels, you will work in an enriching international context.
