Wil je een echte impact hebben op de nieuwste ontwikkelingen bij Daikin? In ons Europees Ontwikkelingscentrum in Gent worden nieuwe producten ontwikkeld en grondig getest op prestaties, veiligheid, duurzaamheid en betrouwbaarheid. Pas na een succesvolle validatie gaan ze over naar grootschalige productie. In dit proces ben jij een onmisbare schakel.
Functie
Als Testroom Technician maak je deel uit van het facilityteam. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het garanderen voor een correcte, veilige en kwalitatieve installatie van prototypes in onze testruimtes. Daarbij ondersteun je de engineers en draag je bij aan een goed functionerende testomgeving.
Je hoofd taken omvatten:

Uitvoeren van de installatie, demontage of aanpassingen van prototype testopstellingen.

Zorgen voor een kwalitatieve en conforme installatie van prototypes volgens technische specificaties.

Installeren en aansluiten van testapparatuur zoals vermogensmeters, camera’s, datakabels, sensoren, …
-
Voorbereiden, plannen en opvolgen van testopstellingen in de testruimtes.

Assisteren bij validatietesten zoals structurele testen en elektrische veiligheid, op basis van werkinstructies en checklists.

Rapporteren van afwijkingen of problemen tijdens de installatie of testopstelling.

Ondersteunen van verbeterinitiatieven met betrekking tot de efficiëntie van testopstellingen en de stabiliteit van processen.

Onderhouden van werkinstructies en projectdocumentatie ter bevordering van kennisdeling.
Profiel

Je bent afgestudeerd in Elektromechanica, Koeltechnieken of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en werkt nauwkeurig met een sterke focus op kwaliteit.

Je bent analytisch ingesteld en reageert efficiënt op veranderingen of onverwachte problemen.
-
Je bent een teamspeler en voelt je comfortabel in de communicatie met verschillende afdelingen.

Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Engels.
