Within Daikin Europe NV, the Service Operations Division acts as an EMEA headquarter and is responsible for the optimization of the different service operations processes such as  technical support, product training, warranty administration, spare parts, field service,  …. It is the appreciated point of contact for our customers within the EMEA region (affiliated companies and distributors). Today Daikin is strengthening the team responsible for the IT systems supporting the service operations and the controlling.


Join our team at Daikin EMEA headquarters in Ostend as a Business Analyst Manager!  


In this role, you will lead a dynamic team of 8 key-users and controllers to drive service excellence and productivity through optimized and standardized processes and systems. 

As the strategic leader, you will be responsible for managing new projects related to technical helpdesk, field service operations, engineer scheduling, back-office and administration, warranty settlement, learning management, RPA, and more. You will also support existing system implementations and provide consolidated reporting on service operations. 

In close partnership with service organizations across the EMEA region, you will play a critical role in defining the strategic direction for our service operations and analysing existing reports to drive impactful strategy and action plans. Short business trips in Europe may be required. 


  • The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Applied Economics, Business Engineering, Commercial Engineering, IT, Industrial Engineering, Science or related field and possess: 
  • Strong people management skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities 
  • A passion for integrating new technologies into existing business processes and optimizing business processes 
  • A customer-centric approach and interest in IT systems 
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written 
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, data analysis tools, and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce) is a plus.
