• Designing disruptive strategic directions in customer financial solutions, such as rental, leasing, TCO, factoring…for the EMEA HQ of THE global HVAC-R market leader?
• Developing the route-to-market of those solutions by identifying, evaluating and implementing new business opportunities?
• Achieving a true co-creation of your strategic plans by teaming up with colleagues from both the EMEA HQ and of its Affiliates, working across several corporate functions: Sales, Service & Solution, Finance, Legal, Product management, Marketing…?
• Securing lien perfection to protect the company's interest on consumer finance and B2B lease transactions?
• Supporting the EMEA organizations as subject matter expert in customer financial solutions?
• Planning, risk assessment, negotiating & monitoring of budgets, KPI setting & monitoring?

The ideal candidates has…

• A university degree in an economic or engineering domain or a MBA
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience in customer finance solutions, preferably with leasing and/or TCO
• Project management experience in a leading role, preferably in international contexts
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
• Excellent communication, negotiation and cooperation skills, with ability to express complex concepts clearly and concisely to different kinds of stakeholders
• Fluency in English
• Specific experience in the HVAC-R industry and/or knowledge of other languages are strong assets
