IT Infrastructure Solution Architect - Digital Workplace Team

Are you a dedicated IT professional with extensive expertise in digital workplace technologies? We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Solution Architect to join our Digital Workplace team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the IT Infrastructure Domain Architect to design and implement innovative solutions within your assigned domains.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design comprehensive IT infrastructure solutions and present them in a clear and understandable manner to various stakeholders. 

• Develop, modify, and enforce standards & roadmaps for the initiatives within the digital workplace domain. 

• Take ownership of the domain from a technology point of view and ensure industry evolutions are efficiently incorporated into the strategy. 

• Assist and oversee the technical implementation of solutions during projects, working with both internal technical teams and external partners. 

• Maintain meticulous documentation in a structured manner. 

Essential Skills and Expertise: 
Extensive knowledge of: 

• Windows OS 

• Mobile Device Management, Microsoft Intune (Profiling, PC configuration, PC staging, Software deployment,…) 

• VDI Services (Windows 365, Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop) 

• Windows Patching (update rings) 

• PC Hardware Technology 

• Active Directory & GPOs, EntraID 

• File Server Services (DFS & DFSR) 

• Printing Services (LPR/LRD) 

Additional Skills (Preferred): 

• Basic Networking Knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP,…) 

• PowerShell 

• Canon UniFlow, CTERA File Services 

Key Attributes: 

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 

• You’re optimistic in life and think about solutions, not problems. 

• Strong team player. 

• Optimistic and solution-oriented mindset 

• Accurate and reliable 

• Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) in English and Dutch 

• Willingness to travel for short business trips abroad.
