  • Soon you will take over the leadership and motivation of an improvement team of about 2 people in the area of maintenance.
  • In this role, you will also be responsible for improvement and change projects on machines as well as plants and actively work in the team.
  • At the same time you have a moderator function for root cause analyses, problem descriptions, etc.
  • In addition, you will be involved in projects of the Production Engineering department in the implementation of new machines as well as automation.

 

This will heat us up:

  • Completed engineering studies or completed training with further training as a state-certified technician.
  • First management experience - alternatively you convince with your determined appearance
  • TPM / WCOM knowledge as well as practical application of CIP methods
  • Experience in the moderation of RCAs
  • Knowledge in project management
  • Hands on mentality, strong communication skills, flexibility and initiative
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications (Word Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Good command of English and German, both written and spoken
