Get the perfect climate here:

  • You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the plant workshop.
  • In doing so, you will build up and further develop the plant workshop both strategically and in terms of personnel.
  • In your function, you will be the first point of contact for the internal customer "Factory" in the event of operational disruptions and for Kaizen.
  • You will also optimize preventive maintenance strategies.
  • You will work with the Production Engineering department on the project planning and design of technical operating and manufacturing equipment.
  • Furthermore, you develop and improve processes and measure for quality improvement.


This will heat us up:

  • Completed studies in the field of engineering or industrial engineering
  • Many years of professional experience as an engineer, technician or industrial foreman in the field of maintenance
  • Leadership experience as well as strong communication skills, intercultural competence and the ability to work in a team
  • Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working based on great initiative
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Confident handling of SAP R/3
  • Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
