By handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback you will be actively providing technical support and assistance to customers and address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism. Beside that you will offer solutions and troubleshoot problems to ensure a positive customer experience.
In this position we need team players with strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach to deliver excellent service and maintain a positive brand image.
