As part of Daikin’s expanding Transport Refrigeration business across the DACE region, we are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Coordinator.

Covering 16 countries across Central and Eastern Europe, DACE plays a key role in driving business growth and service excellence. In this position, you will collaborate closely with our partners and customers to deliver outstanding support across the region.

As Service Coordinator for the CEE Region, you will be responsible for a broad range of technical, operational and business development activities, including:

• Develop and manage the service partner network across the CEE region;
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to service partners and customers;
• Coordinate warranty cases and support spare parts availability and distribution;
• Organize and deliver technical and product training for dealers and partners;
• Monitor product performance and provide feedback for quality and product improvements;
• Contribute to business development initiatives and continuous process optimization;
• Collaborate with colleagues across Europe and share best practices and technical expertise;

What we are looking for:
You have a strong technical background in refrigeration, industrial engineering or a related field, combined with several years of experience in transport refrigeration. You are eager to continuously expand your expertise and develop into a local specialist for regulatory topics such as ATP and GDP.

You are fluent in English and at least one of the key CEE languages (Romanian, Hungarian, Czech or Slovak). In addition, you are confident using modern IT tools and reporting systems and possess strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

As a proactive and self-organized professional, you enjoy sharing your knowledge through training, coaching and partner support. You are comfortable setting priorities independently and are willing to travel extensively within the region to support customers, partners and business development activities.

Location: We are open and flexible regarding the location of this role. The position can be based in Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, or Romania, providing an excellent opportunity for candidates across the CEE region.
