Service Operations Manager

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless execution of service contracts in alignment with Service Sales commitments
  • Manage service capacity and resource planning based on sales forecasts and market demand
  • Drive operational efficiency, quality standards, and performance monitoring
  • Lead team development through structured onboarding, coaching, and knowledge sharing
  • Act as the key operational partner to Service Sales and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery to enhance customer satisfaction (NPS/CES)
  • Protect revenue and margins by minimizing delays, penalties, and execution gaps
  • Enable scalable growth of the service business through strong operational foundations
    Strengthen brand credibility through consistent and reliable service execution

What you bring along:

  • Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar technical background, or high school degree with strong technical background
  • Previous work experience in the field of HVAC and/or service business
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, solution-driven and supportive personality
  • High motivation and willingness to learn?
  • Fluent English skills
  • Team-oriented and willingness to support colleagues and team spirit
