Your responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless execution of service contracts in alignment with Service Sales commitments
- Manage service capacity and resource planning based on sales forecasts and market demand
- Drive operational efficiency, quality standards, and performance monitoring
- Lead team development through structured onboarding, coaching, and knowledge sharing
- Act as the key operational partner to Service Sales and cross-functional stakeholders
- Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery to enhance customer satisfaction (NPS/CES)
- Protect revenue and margins by minimizing delays, penalties, and execution gaps
- Enable scalable growth of the service business through strong operational foundations
Strengthen brand credibility through consistent and reliable service execution
What you bring along:
- Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar technical background, or high school degree with strong technical background
- Previous work experience in the field of HVAC and/or service business
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, solution-driven and supportive personality
- High motivation and willingness to learn?
- Fluent English skills
- Team-oriented and willingness to support colleagues and team spirit
