| 1. Analyzes the customer's portfolio, competition information and market trends (with the input of/involving the team), in order to propose sales tactics, targets and action plans | |||||
| 2. Monitors the progress vs sales targets & gross margin of Commercial & Industrial solutions product range and take counter action (if necessary) | |||||
| 3. Steers the commercial & industrial team activity, based on the sales targets, visitation plan, CRM reporting, project pipeline, etc. | |||||
| 4. Follow-ups on the evolution/progress of the specified projects (pipeline) and improve hit ratio | |||||
| 5.Responsible for the day-to-day management & organisation of that team/section (allocating tasks, following-up on the execution of the activities and projects, coaching individual team members based on regular feedback, identifying opportunities for and support growth & development of the team and its members, defining future career paths and adequately addressing team issues) | |||||
| 6. Represent the company in external organisations, exhibitions or trade fairs & other events, promote Daikin technologies & innovative products nd provide product & commercial trainings | |||||
| 7. Participate in strategic meetings for the formulation and implementation of company objectives and strategies | |||||
| 8. International cooperation with and contribution to the EMEA organisation | |||||
