Pre Sales Engineer

The responsibilities of the Pre Sales Engineer among others will include:

• Act as first point of contact to existing and new customers (engineers, consultants, contractors key accounts, Master Dealers), assist them with queries and requests.
• Support assigned or prospect customer accounts and the Commercial Sales Team selecting, designing and specifying advanced Daikin product solutions.
• Contribute to training activity preparations as well as seminars for customers and market partners.
• Provide a superior level of service to our customers, both in person and over the phone. Go above and beyond to ensure customers are getting the most out of their investment in Daikin products.
• Provide technical backup to the Commercial Sales team members if and when required.
• Support Sales projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering or related engineering field.
• Up to 3 years of engineering experience ideally in HVAC business will be a plus.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
• Good working knowledge of the English language.
• Knowledge of CRM systems (preferably SAP) will be a plus.

• Ambassador across the organization for best practices in Engineering in general.
