| 1. Continuously build advanced technical knowledge over a group of products, staying up to date on all recent developments. | |||||
| 2. Support product selection & specification, drive advanced technical discussions & suggest optimal solutions to win projects & promote daikin technologies & innovative products. | |||||
| 3. Identify the customer needs in order to challenge and create HVAC concepts by promoting the most appropriate solutions, which result into specified projects. | |||||
| 4. Design & implement a customer visitation plan maintaining strong professional relationships, fostering ongoing customer engagement & enhancing the customer experience in order to achieve business results. | |||||
| 5. Identify new market opportunities & proactively seek & establish cooperation with new customer groups with the view to penetrate untapped market segments & cultivate long-term relationships. | |||||
| 6. Establish & maintain a comprehensive project pipeline by identifying opportunities, monitoring progress & planning initiatives. Conduct ongoing evaluation to identify trends & propose counteractions to guarantee business results & meet sales objectives. | |||||
| 6. Identify the training needs of the different customer groups (internal, external), by systematically assessing knowledge gaps & develop tailored training plans per group of customers to bridge | |||||
| these gaps. | |||||
| 7. Design and deliver tailored & advanced training sessions per group of customers (internal/ external) as well as product & commercial presentations for our market partners. | |||||
| 8. Identify market trends and give input to Product Responsibles for future applications/products needs that might affect forecast/budget/price positioning and market share. | |||||
| 8. Represent the company at trade fairs, sales events & conferences. | |||||
| 9. Use external & internal networks (DENV) to adapt the Team’s plan to changing market forces as well as conduct market & competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities. | |||||
| 10.Provide guidance & continuous training to junior colleagues. | |||||
