Daikin Europe Business Support (DEBS) is a branch of DENV located in Warsaw. As a competency center we aim at being one of the driving forces behind the processes transformation: optimization, standardization and automation in the areas of supply, service, master data, controlling, financial reporting and HR.

 

 

The Daikin Europe Group has more than 15.000 employees. We implemented SuccessFactors to support our local HR (Human Resources) processes. In HQ, the HRIS team gives support to local key users (Training, troubleshooting, HR community building) and ensures a smooth implementation of new projects in close cooperation with the IT team. The EMEA Key Users focus on optimal system adoption, while the project team has its focus on a logical (global) system set-up combined with local change management.

 

  • Lead (as HRIS project manager) or contribute to HRIS-related projects, such as system upgrades, process improvements, data migration or integrations. 

  • Participate in system upgrades or implementations, including testing, documentation, and training.

  • Contribute to maintaining the HRIS system (SAP Success Factors), including system configuration and data integrity as well as ensuring data privacy and system security by implementing and maintaining appropriate controls. 

  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide accurate and timely HR data for HR or management. 

  • Collaborate with HR (and other departments – if needed) to identify areas for improvement, implement changes and support local key users to enhance efficiency.

  • Next to projects, being member of international HRIS team also means you will support the EMEA key users to ensure best usage of the system capabilities and the back-up structure. You will transfer your knowledge from projects to the EMEA key user team.

  • Collaborate with IT department, SAP, and implementation partner to ensure seamless integration of HRIS with other systems and troubleshoot any technical issues.

 

Required knowledge, technical skills, and experience

  • Experience with SAP Success Factors suite, with proficiency in (at least) Employee Central module (other modules working knowledge as well as certification is a plus).

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS administration or HR analytics. 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in project management or business analytics. 

  • Knowledge and interest in HRIS technology trends.

  • Good understanding of HR processes. 

  • Bachelor's degree; master's degree preferred

  • Advanced Excel skills 

  • Experience in process improvement and system implementation projects is a plus 

  • Experience in SF – payroll integration is a plus

  • SAP SF certification is a plus
