HRIS 

Our team is responsible for digitalizing HR processes, such as training, recruitment, time or performance and goals management, in EMEA. We are implementing Daikin People platform and take care of its constant improvement. The team is partially located in Belgium (project managers) and partially in Poland (project manager and EMEA HRIS Key Users). EMEA Key Users team not only supports local key users in rolling out Daikin People modules and solving issues, but also for inspiring HR colleagues and proactive improvement of functionalities.

HR Operations

Our team handle all aspects of the people life cycle from recruitment, onboarding, performance management, creating and conducting training programs , payroll,  hr administration, integration events, data analysis and many more😊.

HR Admin team ensure that systems, administrative processes and tasks are carried out correctly and timely. We are responsible for processes related to employee benefits (health care, medical care, insurance).
Analytics team is preparing and monitoring people data, providing reports and analytics to drive the decision-making process and regularly checking data points with the teams.
Recruitment part is responsible for finding talents for our organization.

Office Aministration and Travelpool

The team is responsible for all kinds of activities related to the comfortable functioning of our office, as well as for taking care of travelpool process for EMEA employees.
