Daikin Europe Business Support (DEBS) is a branch of DENV located in Warsaw. As a competency center we aim at being one of the driving forces behind the processes transformation: optimization, standardization and automation in the areas of supply, service, master data, controlling, financial reporting and HR.

 

 

Your responsibilities

Supply Administration Coordinator (Claims)
As a dynamic Logistics Officer, you are responsible to execute, support and monitor a variety of logistical activities that are related to the Daikin Europe distribution of air conditioning, heating and accessories via various warehouses located in the EMEA region. This includes (but is not limited to) inventory follow-up, cost-follow-up transport related monitoring, inbound and outbound administration, follow-up priority shipments/containers. Your role in the logistics claims section also requires handling and management of various logistical issues, transportation tests, special deliveries, insurance files, etc. in order to ensure that Daikin Europe fulfils its commitments towards our international customers and distributors. Keeping a close eye on the key-values of logistics:  "accuracy, transparency & quality" , you will assist in making up and  analysing a variety of periodic reports and controls and take appropriate countermeasures in a wide range of areas.

 

 

Our requirements

The ideal candidate for this function has an economic bachelor degree, preferably with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar (logistical) function. Knowledge of Inco-terms and logistical processes are a plus. You have affinity to work in an administrative environment. You easily communicate with different parties (external providers, international colleagues, etc.) and are able to work effectively in a team. You have strong analytical skills and are able to detect and solve problems quickly and independently. A good command of English (and preferably other European languages) is essential, next to good computer skills (SAP knowledge is a plus).
