Customer Care and Technical Service

 

Within Daikin Europe NV, the Service Operations Division is the after-sales point of contact for the Daikin customers within the EMEA region (distributors and national subsidiary companies).  

The technical service department supports the most complex technical questions about the Daikin products, and will give support through a helpdesk & training programs (in the  Daikin Academy and on-site). Furthermore, the warranty treatment and the European spare parts supply chain belong to the responsibilities of the Service Operations Division.

    Customer Care & Technical Service

    Within Daikin Europe NV, the Service Operations Division is the services point of contact for the Daikin customers within the EMEA region (distributors and national subsidiary companies).   This division consist out of 3 departments: service operations, spare parts & supply and spare parts administration.

    The service operations department supports the most complex technical questions about the Daikin products, and will give support through a helpdesk & training programs (in the  Daikin Academy and on-site). Furthermore, the warranty treatment and the European spare parts supply chain belong to the responsibilities of the Service Operations Division. 

 

The Spare Parts departments ensure that the required spare parts are timely available across EMEA and this via our European distribution network, from which they are directly delivered to the Daikin customers.  The spare part department can be seen as a small company within the bigger Daikin company, which offers a wide variety of processes: from planning & procurement to sales, delivery and after care, from integrations of new companies, to setting up new processes & reporting the outcome.
