• At Daikin Europe N.V., we’re looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join our International Key Account (IKA) team in Brussels. You’ll work in an international, fast-evolving environment, coordinating projects that bring smart, energy-efficient HVAC-R solutions to life across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

• As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be part of the International Key Account Team and tackle a variety of project-oriented tasks:
• Customisation projects for key clients
• Developing new solutions and business models
• Identifying, managing, and collaborating with Daikin partners who add value to our customers
• You’ll be at the heart of the action, helping turn ideas into tangible results, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate international projects for major clients, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Bring people together – from engineers to suppliers to key account managers – to make projects run smoothly.
• Track progress and analyse results, translating numbers into actionable insights and recommending improvements.
• Manage partners and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with Daikin standards and customer needs.
• Support Key Account Managers with technical input, value engineering ideas, and innovative solutions that make a difference.
• Contribute to new business models and tailored solutions that push the boundaries of what’s possible in HVAC-R.

Who You Are

• You hold a Master’s degree, ideally in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial).
• You have around 3 years of experience in a technical or project-based role, preferably international.
• You are customer-focused, analytical, and able to translate numbers into insights.
• You are a team player who can work autonomously and communicate effectively across all levels.
• You have a strong interest in HVAC-R or multidisciplinary technical projects.
• You are fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
• You’re ready to travel up to 20% to collaborate with teams and partners abroad.
