Ebben a csapatban fontos az ügyfelek elégedettségének biztosítása és a termékekkel vagy szolgáltatásokkal kapcsolatos kérdések megválaszolása és az esetleges problémák megoldása. Feladat az ügyfelek megkereséseinek, panaszainak és visszajelzéseinek kezelése, aktív technikai támogatással. Ezen kívül megoldásokat és hibaelhárítást kínálunk a pozitív ügyfélélmény érdekében.
Ezen a területen olyan csapatjátékosokra van szükségünk, akik erős kommunikációs készséggel, problémamegoldó képességgel és ügyfélközpontú hozzáállással rendelkeznek, hogy kiváló szolgáltatást nyújtsunk, valamint elérjük és fenntartsuk ügyfeleink lojalitását.
