By joining our HR team, you assume a central role in a range of crucial functions. You will ensure a seamless personnel administration process, manage onboarding and departures, and oversee contract and document management. Additionally, you will administer employee benefits such as meal vouchers, job ticket/parking arrangements, and pension insurance. As an HR business partner, you will be the primary point of contact for employees, supporting their career paths. As we experience rapid growth, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that we attract the ideal candidates to fill open positions within our teams.​ Moreover, you will actively contribute to shaping HR processes and participating in various HR initiatives.
