Industrial Vertical & Data Centers

As Key Account Business Development Manager Total Solutions, you will drive the development of strategic growth opportunities across the Central Europe region, with strong focus on industrial applications and data centers. Leveraging your deep technical expertise in Applied Products and your understanding of market dynamics, you will analyze market opportunities, define strategic priorities and provide guidance to the key account managers in our affiliates.

Reporting to the General Manager Total Solution Business, you will collaborate closely with local Key Account Managers, HQ product management and other key stakeholders across the Central Europe region.

While the position reports to our Austrian headquarters, the employee can be based in Austria, Czech Republic or Hungary.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Drive business development activities and identify growth opportunities in Industrial and Data Center markets across the Central Europe region, considering local market dynamics and business potential.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable growth plans tailored to local market needs and opportunities.
• Provide strategic guidance to local Key Account Managers and support affiliates in achieving business development objectives.
• Coordinate complex customer opportunities, tenders and strategically important projects across the region.
• Stay up to date with market developments, emerging technologies and innovations in Applied Products, acting as a regional expert for the Central Europe region.
• Foster close collaboration between affiliates, HQ and product management to support regional growth initiatives and knowledge sharing.
• Customer handling & ownership in case of cross border international industrial key accounts.

What we are looking for:

• A strategic, analytical and commercially minded professional with deep technical expertise in Applied Products, particularly water-based HVAC solutions, Air Handling Units and Chillers. Experience in Industrial Applications and data center solutions is essential, while knowledge of Industrial Refrigeration is considered a strong advantage.
• You combine strong analytical skills with a business development mindset and the ability to interpret technical and commercial requirements, build effective relationships across countries, functions and stakeholders.
• You are confident in guiding and influencing stakeholders, providing direction to local teams and supporting business growth across different markets and countries. Experience working within an international matrix organisation is considered an advantage.
• Business-fluent English is essential. Additional languages of the Central Europe region are an asset.
• Willingness to travel within the Central Europe region is required, with expected travel activity of approximately 30%.

We offer an attractive gross annual salary package, as well as a company car. The final compensation package will be determined based on your qualifications, relevant experience, and professional achievements, with a willingness to offer a higher salary for exceptionally qualified candidates.
