Your Responsibilities
- Logistics Interface: Serve as the primary point of contact for logistics service providers and DACE colleagues
- Daily System Checks: Perform daily interface and stock checks and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Provider Agreement Compliance: Monitor performance and ensure adherence to logistics provider contracts
- WEEE & Returns Management: Coordinate WEEE reporting, returns handling, and insurance-related processes
- SCRAP & Stock Control: Support SCRAP workflows, validate stock counts, and review KPIs with providers
- Logistics Projects: Contribute to tenders, improvement initiatives, and supply chain optimization
- Internal Communication: Provide regular updates on logistics performance and project progress
Your Profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent professional experience
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics
- High-level English skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain structure
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
- Very good MS Office / Excel skills; willingness to learn Power BI
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
The salary range starts at an all-inclusive gross annual salary of EUR 44.800,- (based on full-time employment) depending on qualifications and experience, a higher salary is possible.
This position is offered as a limited contract for a duration of 12 months.
