Are you interested in…
- creation of sales orders in SAP and order maintenance?
- organising and coordinating delivery of Daikin goods to our customers, including documentation maintenance?
- checking and ensuring product availability, which includes communication and coordination with production facilities, warehouses and transportation agents?
- credit management coordination internally and externally?
- being the proactive customer-friendly resolver?
Do you bring along…
- similar logistics/customer support work experience (3-5 years)?
- independence, resilience, structure and organizational skills, with high personal responsibility?
- customer-centric approach and excellent communication skills?
- excellent computer skills (SAP knowledge is an advantage)?
- fluent English skills?
