• creating relationships with Daikin customers, ensuring life cycle care for installed units by offering smart services resulting in better systems performance, less energy consumption and healthier environment?​

• creating & closing sales deals and service contracts (maintenance care packages, commissioning, repairs, replacement)?​

• implementing and selling new service products?​

• constant observation of the service market and proactive search for new business opportunities?​

• preparing service projects (incl. cost planning & cost control)?​

• a close cooperation and constant information exchange with the local service manager, service technicians and back office?​

• supporting the implementation of a CRM system and other digital tools? ​
  
  

• a technical degree or other education with strong HVAC interest?​

• min. 3 years of experience in sales of HVAC and/or service business?​

• a sales driven personality with well-developed communication, presentation and commercial skills?​

• a high level of self-motivation, persistence and organisation skills?​

• fluent Croatian and good English skills?​

• a driving license and willingness to travel?
