The DX/VRV Service Coordinator plays a pivotal role in interfacing with customers and technicians, ensuring seamless communication and execution of DX/VRV equipment tasks. The role demands a proactive individual with strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, capable of fostering positive relationships with clients, customers, and internal stakeholders. The DX/VRV Service Coordinator must demonstrate proficiency in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting DX/VRV equipment while adhering to organizational directives and safety protocols.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinate tasks under the supervision of assigned personnel, planning and executing work assignments.
  • Possess hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various DX equipment types (e.g., Window, Split, Package, VRV/VRF).
  • Manage assigned sites, overseeing daily preventative maintenance and time & material-related activities, including material procurement and storage.
  • Prepare and verify Material Request Forms (MRF) for necessary repairs.
  • Schedule Daily Service Maintenance (DSM) for self and ensure completion of work orders.
  • Provide timely information to clients/customers regarding shutdowns and statutory requirements.
  • Supervise proper storage and allocation of spare parts on-site.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to maintain a productive work environment and implement process improvements.
  • Assist in employee training and guidance for repair/maintenance activities.
  • Maintain attendance records for self and team members.
  • Offer suggestions for process improvements and PPM task enhancements.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment, recording and analyzing findings.
  • Implement Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines as per organizational policies.
  • Report damages, losses, or theft of tools and equipment to the Service Supervisor.
  • Compile relevant information for internal records and client/customer communication.
  • Support revenue generation efforts by identifying upgrade opportunities and new business prospects.
  • Maintain confidentiality of business information and materials.
  • Provide after-hours support as needed for emergencies, meetings, and company functions.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience for candidates with an ITI in refrigeration or equivalent degree

or

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience for candidates with a DME qualification.
  • Good communication skills  in English and Arabic (both oral and written), Arabic is a must
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
