Job Description

As DX Coordinator the role is to be a result-oriented individual interacting with customers at different levels, whether client/customer or technicians who tend to speak a different language (limited to Arabic & English). Utilize learned skills effectively, proactive, adaptable for new ideas & should maintain cordial relationship with customer/client and reporting person in the organization.

 

Job Requirements

  1. Should have good Communication Skills. (Minimum Read & Write in Arabic & English).
  2. Should be able to work & coordinate under the direction of an assigned supervisor, plan / coordinate and execute the work.
  3. Should have good knowledge and hands on experience on Installation, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of DX Equipment’s. (Window, Split, Package, Split Package, VRV/VRF etc..)
  4. Should have knowledge of Computers and should be able to work on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power point).
  5. Should be able to manage allotted sites for
  • Co-ordinate & execute Daily, PPM and T&M related activities + Material follow up until work completion including proper storage & consumption of materials/ spare parts.
  • Prepare / Verify MRF (Material Request Forms) for any repairs required.
  • DSM Scheduling for self. Complete work order, upload service tickets. Ambiguity, if any to be reported to service supervisor.
  • Share information in coordination with Team Leaders to client / customer on shutdowns & statutory requirements for carrying out the work.
  • Ensure proper storage and allocation of spare parts received on site for time & material jobs.
  • Proper feedback to the Team Leader / Supervisor.
  • Creating a productive work environment for the team, trust and other appropriate strategies.
  • Performing customer service functions, including interacting with customers and answering questions.
  • Assisting with training employees. (Guide technicians & helpers for carrying out repair / maintenance activity).
  • Maintain attendance sheet / OT Sheets / System work schedule for himself and team members.
  1. Suggest process improvements + Suggest improvements in PPM task sheets.
  2. Diagnose, troubleshoot HVAC equipment & make necessary repair. Record & analyze the findings on all DX products.
  3. Responsible for implementing HSE guidelines as stipulated in Daikin HSE policy & projects specific HSE policy.
  4. Information received from Technicians / Asst. Technicians / Trainee Technicians and / or from Helpers regarding damage / loss or theft of tools & tackles used on site to be reported to Service Supervisor.
  5. Compiles information in coordination with service supervisor for internal record keeping & information sharing with client / customer.
  6. Contribute to safe working environment and prepared to take action should a health or safety emergency occur, all in line with Daikin HR policy and in coordination with Service Supervisor.
  7. Act as revenue generation stream. Getting involved at sites to understand for any new opportunities for upgradation requirement / new businesses (T&M's) such as repair, replacement etc…
  8. Maintains confidentiality of information & material exposed in the course of business.
  9. Provide support after work hour if required in situations like emergency, workshop, meetings and other company functions.

 

Educational Qualifications + Experience

Minimum 5+ years of experience for persons having educational qualifications in ITI in refrigeration or any equivalent degree.

or

Minimum 3+ years of experience for persons having educational qualifications in DME.
