Product Marketing and Business Specialist - DX

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing and Business Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business development. You will work closely with our sales, product, and leadership teams to identify market opportunities, analyze customer insights, and optimize business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote products/services, increase brand visibility, and generate leads.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing decisions.
• Content Creation & Campaign Management: Manage content creation, digital campaigns, and social media initiatives to drive engagement and conversions.
• Brand Development: Oversee brand positioning and messaging across all channels. Ensure consistency and alignment with company values and target audience.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and assist in the sales pipeline management.
• Performance Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze marketing and business performance metrics. Provide regular reports on ROI and KPIs.
• Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work: Collaborate with the product, R&D, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing, business development, or related roles, preferably in HVAC or White goods.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an ability to think strategically and outside the box.
• Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and analytics software.
• Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in HVAC or White goods.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
