The regional has headquarter in Dubai and other offices in Abu Dhabi, Cairo (Egypt), Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), Jeddah (Saudi Arabia), Qatar as well as 2 production plants, and 2 sales subsidiaries and offices and a whole network of independent distributors and dealers across the MEA region.

Job Responsibilities:

Achieving budget plan provided and support team to achieve the same.
Meet customers and get the pull through business.
Maintain customer relationship.
Focus on solution Service business such as equipment upgrades, replacement with energy efficiency initiatives.
Carrying out job audits, understand or create customer needs, select suitable equipment, prepare ROI for customer and prepare comprehensive commercial and technical proposal.
You will assist in the development of Service Sales Strategy for the country and provide the sales forecast
Track senior sales budgets weekly & monthly and review the progress and short fall.

Job Requirements:

Experience & Knowledge:

Minimum 5 years of experience in service sale role in HVAC industry.
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi market
Possess awareness about HVAC products & fundamentals and application.
Ability to understand engineering drawing and Heat Load calculation.
Able to carry out comprehensive energy audits.
Air side/Chillers selection and product selection
Business and industry knowledge

Education:

Engineering graduate or Diploma in Engineering

Skills:

Proficiency in Excel and Word as well as Lotus notes
Good communication skills in English (both written and oral compulsory)
Client relationship building
Financial competencies
Analytical skill

Preferred:

UAE driving license
Knowledge of Energy Audit, design and product selection experience will be advantage.
